How are items packaged?

All items are carefully packaged as to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is water proof with plastic wrap.

What are the shipping charges?

FREE SHIPPING delivery on most items in india in most of areas. Some items may have shipping depending on the nature of the product.

What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated time of delivery is within 7-10 working days.

How will the delivery be done?

  • We try to process all deliveries through reputed courier companies like Bluedart, DTDC, Fedex etc. In some cases where the pincode/zipcode is not servicable by these courier companies, we might use Indian Speed Post for those deliveries.
  • If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.

How can I track the delivery of my order?

All myhandicraftshop.com items are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners or on our own website. We email you the tracking number after we dispatch your order. You can also see the tracking number in your order history panel in your account when you login.

Who bears the Octroi for certain locations in India?

Nagpur , Sangli , Dombivili , Nasik , Mumbai , Pimpri & Chinchwardi , Kothrud (Pune) , Ahmednagar , Pune , Akola etc. are Octroiable cities. Any applicable octroi will be payable by the customer. Please pay Octroi to the courier company if requested by them in these cities. Myhandicraftshop.com is not responsible for any octroi payments.

 

Refund & Cancellation Policies

 What is your refund policy?

We have a friendly return policy whereby we refund for products which are damaged, broken, have manufacturing defects, wrong size or does not match with photo/description as given on myhandicraftshop.com

What is your refund procedure?

The customer/buyer has to get back to myhandicraftshop.com customer care through phone/email within 24 hours of receipt of damaged goods or goods not meeting description. In case of damage goods during shipment the customer/buyer should take clear photograph of shipment sticker and challan/receipt, photograph of damaged side of packing and full photograph of  package should be provided. myhandicraftshop.com will then log a dispute. Customer will have to send an image of product on email in case it is claiming that the product is damaged or not meeting description. The return shipping for the product will be borne by the customer.

 

Cancellation 

No problem : Just give us a call, we will cancel your order. Make sure that you

have given us a call before we have shipped your item. It generally takes 24 hours

for us to process a request.
